« An authentic atmosphere that reflects its origin »

Maison Han is a Vietnamese coffee roastery and brunch café in Berlin-Neukölln.

To create an authentic atmosphere inspired by the charmingly busy character of Vietnam, we used natural materials such as solid wood, a lot of plants and seaweed objects paired with neon lights and freestanding fridges.

We kept existing elements like the industrial floor and wooden door frames and combined these with new ones like the custom-made bar, a multifunctional centerpiece and benches. Parts of the old brick walls are plastered into shapes evoking the Vietnamese highlands.

Altogether this makes for a warm and inviting place that reflects its origin.
