Haynstraße

Our current project “Haynstraße“ in Hamburg is an old spacious apartment characterized by its charming original Jugendstil details – the mix of high ceilings, ornate doors, wooden flooring and bathrooms with historic tiles, tells a beautiful nostalgic story. Aiming a mindful renovation, we convert the apartment individually and redesign the floor plan for a family with 2 children.

All surfaces will be refinished, the historical details carefully refurbished, the kitchen will be moved to another room, and breakthroughs in the walls are planned.
